A Team Player

I have been described by employers as someone who comes in, puts her head down, and works hard.  I am on the quieter side, especially when I am compared to my peers in sales, but I thrive on being a part of a team.  I am helpful by nature, and it gives me pleasure to support my teammates and do everything I can to help everyone succeed.

At INK Publishing, I created a series of sales material templates that worked well for me, but were then adopted by the entire office.  Some of my teammates struggled more with clear written communication, and it made me happy to be able to give them tools I had created in order to advance their sales and in turn the sales of the office as a whole.
At Proxy Partners, I integrated quickly with the team and was relied upon by my teammates to provide valuation insight, proofreading help, and Office Suite support and troubleshooting.  At a retreat, we did an exercise where each person has a paper plate, and all the team members wrote things about each other.  Just to give you an idea of what my teammates generally think of me, here’s a picture of my plate:

I’m a great teammate, and I enjoy being part of a team.  I take pride in adding to any team I am lucky enough to be a part of.
